Enrichment/Alternative Activity
Enrichment activities should provide student learning opportunities that extend their thinking. For example, these activities could address:
1. Higher levels in Bloom�s Taxonomy
2. Other facets of learning as outlined by Wiggins and McTighe (1999) in their six facets of learning,
3. Other aspects of Marzano�s (1992) dimensions of learning
Alternative activities could provide learning opportunties that replace the outlined student activity and that include modifications based on:
1. special needs
2. multiple intelligences
3. achievement levels
4. learning styles
5. cultural diversity
