Sunday, July 9

• Breakfast: continental at Hotel Express or Burger King
• Goodies at Eagan High School
• Lunch: catered by Davanni's, Eagan High School
• Dinner: The Lake Elmo Inn, Lake Elmo (five minutes from the Hotel), 7 pm

Monday, July 10

• Breakfast: continental at Hotel Express or Burger King
• Goodies at the School
• Lunch: catered by LeeAnn Chin, Eagan High School
• Dinner: The Freight House, Stillwater, 6 pm
  on the beautiful St. Croix River (15 minutes from the Hotel)
