Directions: Complete two of the four activities.

Write a paper discussing the importance of contributing equally as a team- highlighting the responsibilities of team members.

Provide a letter from employer/ committee member addressing your ability to function as a team member.

Complete the attached evaluation on peers you have worked with and/ or co-workers in the work place and also have the results of the evaluation form other group members completed on you.

Complete a self-reflection of your performance of being a productive team player. Include your strengths and weakness as a member of your team.

Provide documentation from school or other source proving your involvement in peer mediation- such as a letter from a counselor or teacher, any awards and or certificates.

Research the Roles of an effective team. Include information to support your findings. Utilize your school and/or private library or provide documentation from Electric library systems.

Students will participate in the cooperative learning activity entitled �High school SciQuest� by John Beaver, Professor of Education, Buffalo State College listed below. As a class divided into groups of four students and assigned the roles given. Students are to complete the task, recording processes and outcomes in a journal, and evaluation on each team member. In a class presentation, students will discuss findings and share experiences from group interaction.
