This activity is a visit to a wetland ecosystem and how to read maps. A visit to Rose Bay area on foot, sea and air. Learn the facts of the topography network and the environement around the Rose Bay area. This activity will take you through the native lands and plants of the area that the Native Americans might have seen.
The objective of this activity is to give students insight into the topography from the realistic point of view of today's scientist. Students will learn how to use topography for their benefit of the future generations and to the generations of today.

Go to Rose Bay map the area, use a CDL, plot areas, see how the areas change over the course of the year, map a spit on the ground and watch it. Don't forget all the crossword puzzles, stories, and books to read and write.
