Abstract
This lesson will be the first lesson within the unit of Web Page
Design. Within this lesson, participants will learn how to use basic
HTML formatting tags. Students will practicing adding tags to a web
page created in Notepad. Students will practice moving tags around
thier page and observe results.

* Students should be familiar with basic computer tasks such as
using a mouse, keyboard, and basic computer skills. * Students
should be familiar with basic Windows 95 or 98 operating system,
using a PC.

* Basic HTML introduction should
take approximately 6 hours with hands-on design during
instruction.

* The assessment for this lesson will be the progression of the
web page as observed by the instuctor.

site.
